Usage Recommendations:

First 3 Weeks: Use the glove at 5 gears for 20 minutes per session, 3 to 4 times daily. Ensure a minimum interval of 1 hour between sessions.

From the 4th Week Onwards: Gradually increase the number of sessions. If your hands feel swollen the next day, reduce the usage accordingly.
